High School diploma or equivalent; ability to work harmoniously with others and to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff; experience in general clerical work and interaction with the public preferred; ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, copier,etc.; ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment while working in a dynamic environment; ability to respond sensitively to common inquiries or complaints from students, parents, staff, and members of the community; must have strong customer service skills.
