Mark Twain Elementary School is looking for its next Lead Office Specialist. This position provides assistance and direct support to the building Principal and assures the efficient
operation of the building office to facilitate the maximum impact on the education of students in the Silver Falls School District.
The hours for the position will be 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Minimum Requirements for the position include:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Have completed at least three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior successful experience working in a school office setting strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing) desireable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay ranges from $20.61 to $26.57 per hour (Column N of the Classified Wage Schedule for 2024-25).
