High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work harmoniously with others and to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff; must meet district requirements of being ‘highly qualified,’ (AA degree or 2 years of college, or pass the district test for academic knowledge and pedagogy).  This position will be working with English Language Learners. 

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
